Every case is different, but we follow a clear and transparent structure. All prices are in CAD.
Important: We do not guarantee reinstatement or any specific decision from Amazon or Walmart. No one can honestly promise that. What we guarantee is serious work, clear communication, and a professional process.
Initial Case Review – Free
Before you pay anything, we:
• Review your suspension notice or warning
• Look at what you have already submitted (appeals, invoices, documents)
• Give you an honest opinion on what is realistic and which plan fits your situation
Standard Plan – Case Support – 497 CAD
This plan is for simpler but still serious issues (early account warnings, verification problems, listing issues, basic policy flags).
What’s included:
• Structured review of your situation and timeline
• Review of your invoices and documents for common rejection reasons
• Help to build a clearer explanation from your side
• Help to prepare stronger messages and appeals to Seller Support
• Guidance on when and how to reopen or escalate a case
This plan is ideal if:
• Your account is not fully suspended, but at risk
• You received warnings or performance notifications
• You are stuck in loops with bot-style replies
• You want a clear strategy but do not need full long-term support
Premium Plan – Full Reinstatement Support – 997 CAD
This plan is for full account suspensions or complex cases where one mistake can cost you your business.
What’s included:
• Deep review of your account history, metrics and previous appeals
• Full help to structure and draft your Plan of Action (POA)
• Step-by-step guidance for each response sent to Amazon or Walmart
• Suggestions for additional documents and evidence when needed
• Strategy for case escalation and requesting human review
• Follow-up support until the end of the agreed appeal process
6-Month Safety Net – Premium Plan Only
With the Premium Plan, we also offer a safety net:
• If, within 6 months after the end of our Premium work, your account is suspended again for a similar or related reason, we will either:
– provide an additional round of support at no extra cost, or
– refund 50% of the Premium fee you paid, if we cannot reasonably help again.
This safety net does not replace Amazon’s or Walmart’s decisions and does not guarantee that any future appeal will be successful. It is there to show that we stand behind the quality of our work and our process.
